Refund policy
7-Days Free Return & Exchanges
• All Advester products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• There are no additional fees for exchanges — we’ll take care of it for you!
To begin a Return / Exchange, simply submit your request on our store website.
Same-Day Refund / Exchange Workflow
• After your return or exchange request is reviewed and approved by our support team, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 24 hours.
• Our courier partner will collect the product within the next 1–2 days.
• Once the item is collected, your refund or exchange request will be processed the same day.
Note: Pickup may be denied if the product tags are missing or if it appears used, washed, or damaged.
Refund Details
Prepaid Orders: The full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment.
SELF-SHIP OPTION
• If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, we may request you to ship the product back to Advester Marketing yourself.
• Ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit. Products must be unused and have all original tags attached.

Within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, we will refund the full amount to your bank account.
Exchanging for a Different Product
You may exchange your purchased item for any other product.
• If the new item costs more, you can simply pay the price difference.
What If My Refund Hasn’t Arrived?
• You will receive an SMS / email notification once your refund has been initiated.
• Prepaid order refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect.
